I purchased this DVD set for our family because we really enjoy 'My Name is Earl' and like to re-watch an episode here and there. The acting and writing are of excellent quality.

Half the episodes were the funniest of the entire series, yet many others were absolutely unfunny. I love a good comedy, and the gross humor and the dumb humor were at times incredibly hilarious. This may not be a must buy, but it is worth the cost especially since Earl is now off the air. The last episode did help bring closure to some important issues.
